For professional introducers

The deals you cannot place.

Commercial, bridging and development enquiries handled properly, with your client returned to you.

Why this exists

Good cases fall through the gaps.

Advisers, brokers, accountants and paraplanners regularly see commercial and specialist enquiries that sit outside their permissions or their lender panel. A trading business wants to buy its premises, a client needs to complete at auction in three weeks, a landlord is converting a shop into flats. The enquiry is real; it simply does not fit where the rest of your work goes.

The usual options are thin. Decline it and the client goes looking elsewhere, often taking the rest of the relationship with them. Or refer it into a network arrangement, where the case disappears into a queue, nobody tells you what is happening, and the first update arrives weeks later when the client rings you to complain.

This is a direct route to someone who will actually handle the case. Chris looks at it personally, tells you honestly whether it is doable and what it will cost, and keeps you informed while it runs. If it is not fundable, you hear that quickly rather than after a month of silence.

How it works

Three steps, no theatre.

  1. Step 01

    Send the outline

An email or a call is enough. No forms, no portal.

  2. Step 02

    You get a straight answer

Whether it is fundable, roughly what it costs, and who is likely to do it. Usually within a working day.

  3. Step 03

    The client stays yours

You choose how involved you stay. We do not cross-sell into your client bank.

Commercial terms

Compliance position
Edge Commercial Finance is a credit broker, not a lender, and is not authorised by the FCA. We arrange commercial mortgages, unregulated bridging and development finance for corporate and investment borrowers, which are not FCA regulated activities. Introducers must satisfy themselves that any referral sits within their own permissions. A written introducer agreement is in place before the first case. [INSERT ANY FIRM-SPECIFIC TERMS]
