Edge Commercial Finance acts as an intermediary. We introduce borrowers to lenders and arrange finance on their behalf. We are not a lender.

This work falls outside the scope of Financial Conduct Authority regulation, so we are not authorised or regulated by the FCA and do not hold consumer credit permissions. We do not advise on or arrange regulated mortgage contracts, regulated bridging loans or regulated credit agreements. If your requirement is a regulated one, we will tell you and refer you to an authorised firm.
We may receive a commission from the lender on completion. Where a broker fee applies it is agreed with you in writing before any application is submitted — see our fee disclosure.
